Twilight Hours Breakfast Club

Twilight Hours have a Breakfast Club at All Saints' Junior School.
Breakfast is provided in the Nurture Suite with fun and activities happening in the Main Hall. We have toast and cereals available with fruit juice, milk and water to drink. Breakfast is served from 7.30am to 8.15am. If you child is arriving later than this please ensure they have eaten.
The Breakfast Club opens at 7.20am and we take the children out onto the playground or into their classes at 8.40am. In the nice weather we try to get out to the field, playgrounds or conservation area before school starts.
Bookings and Payments
All children will need a completed and signed contract, registration form and medical form. These must be returned to us prior to commencement of care. If your child requires any medicine whilst in our care, we need a Permission to Administer Medicine Form also.
All fees are payable in advance. We issue an invoice for the booked sessions which needs to be paid and cleared before the first day of care.
The Government offer several ways to reduce your childcare bills. Check out www.childcarechoices.gov.uk for full details. These can give significant savings!
We offer 2 options:-
Regular Booking where you have the same morning booked every week and your child’s place is guaranteed. The Booking Form for this can be found here.
Ad-Hoc Booking where you ask for specific dates and take the chance of them being available. Depending on your circumstances this may be organised weeks in advance or on the same day. Bookings can be made by phone or email.
Booked sessions which are not used will still be charged.
Payment can be by cash, cheque, bank transfer or childcare voucher. The vouchers are co-ordinated by your employers. Please ask for further details. We currently accept a wide range of vouchers, please find out which your employer uses and get back to us.
A one-off £10 Registration Fee is payable for every child joining Twilight Hours which also covers the After School Club and the Holiday Club.
If you wish to secure a place well in advance at the Club, a payment of £50 per child will be required. £10 will be the Registration fee and £40 the Deposit. Deposits are refundable against your first half-term’s invoice. If you do not take up the place(s) the £50 is kept by the Club to cover costs.
If a cheque to us is rejected by our bank an additional charge of £10 will be invoiced to cover administration costs.
Refunds on fees paid will be given if Twilight has to close (perhaps due to snow). These refunds will be in the form of a credit taken against the next invoice. This is to avoid legal issues caused by the voucher schemes and working families tax credit.
