All bookings should be made via our on-line booking system with iPAL - twilighthours.ipalbookings.com

Payment can now be made by card, bank transfer or childcare voucher. The options are more flexible and include the option to make monthly payments.
The new system will make it more flexible for parents/carers wanting to check and make bookings.
Cancellations - within our 2 week cancellation policy, we have to make any cancellations for you, outside of that you can do them yourself.
You can also use the system to tell us about clubs etc that may mean your child will be late and can quickly update medical and contact information when changes occur.
Accident Forms will now be sent electronically!
Late-collection fees will automatically be applied if you are late, These have been amended slightly and a new Policy will follow.
A one-off £10 Registration Fee is payable for every child joining Twilight Hours which covers Breakfast Club, After School Club and Holiday Club until the end of Year 6. This will be refunded to children who currently attend who have already paid on joining.
Please note - until the Registration Fee is paid, you cannot make bookings. This may cause a delay if you pay by this by voucher as they take 3-4 working days to hit our bank account.
Refunds on fees paid will be given if Twilight has to close.
We accept a wide range of childcare vouchers including the Government Tax Free Childcare Scheme, please check with your employer if they offer these.
The Government offer several ways to reduce your childcare bills. Check out www.childcarechoices.gov.uk for full details. These can give significant savings!
